The Mobile4ERP External Authentication Module is a part of our Mobile4ERP application.

The Mobile4ERP External Authentication Module is available only via the Mobile4ERP application.

After you accept the request, we use the standard OpenID 2.0 protocol to retrieve your name and email address from the identity provider.

The data we store is used for authentication purposes only.

We don’t transfer it to any third party entities.

4. Who Your Personal Data May Be Shared With

We don’t share your personal data at all.

5. Deleting data

If you no longer want to use the Mobile4ERP External Authentication Module, reload your connections inside the Mobile4ERP application.

Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets out how we, NegevSoft Software 2014 Ltd., use and protect your personal data that you provide to us, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by us, in connection with your use of our Mobile4ERP mail synchronization module (Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to NegevSoft Software 2014 Ltd., and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services.

The Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module is a part of our Mobile4ERP system.

Mobile4ERP has two fundamental principles when it comes to collecting and processing private data:

• We don't use your data to show you ads.
• We only store the data that Mobile4ERP needs to convert your emails into ERP Tasks and/or Service calls.

2. What Personal Data We Use

2.1. Basic Mobile4ERP Data

The Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module is available only via the Mobile4ERP system.

2.2. Gmail Data

The Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module requests your permission to access your Gmail Data via OAuth.

After you accept the request, we use the Google API to scan your inbox for unread messages sent by Mobile4ERP users.

Every such message is then flagged as read and converted into an ERP Task and/or Service Call. The conversion stores the message text body and a copy of the message as an .eml file in the ERP system.

If the conversion fails, an email stating the error encountered is forwarded to the sender using Google API.

2.2. Gmail Scopes

The Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module uses the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify scope.

We scan your inbox for unread messages, using the Users.messages: list API.

Then, by using the Users.messages: get API, we check that the sender is defined as a Mobile4ERP user in your ERP system.

If he is, we convert the message content into an ERP Task or Service Call.

If the conversion fails, we forward an email, on your behalf, to the sender with the error encountered, using the Users.messages: send API.

Finally, we flag the relevant messages as “read” using the Users.messages: batchModify API.

3. Keeping Your Personal Data Safe

The data related to the Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module is stored into your ERP system. We don’t store, transfer or send your data otherwise.

4. Who Your Personal Data May Be Shared With

We don’t share your personal data at all.

5. Deleting data

If you no longer want to use the Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module, rerun the Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module Setup Program, while clearing the flag “Activate?”.

6. Google API usage

The Mobile4ERP SyncMail Module use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will review and may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
